This promotion is open to customers who purchase new (excluding clearance, ex-display, or discounted showroom stock) bathroom furniture, fittings, and accessories from Dale Bathrooms in the United Kingdom.

Qualifying purchases must be made between 1 July 2026 and 5pm, 3rd October 2026 inclusive.

Each eligible order placed within the promotional period will receive one (1) entry into the promotion, subject to submission via the official entry form.

To validate an entry, customers must complete the promotional entry form on the Dale Bathrooms website and provide accurate details, including their order number, within the promotional period. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted after 5pm , 3rd October 2026 will not be eligible.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided that each entry relates to a separate, genuine order. Orders must not be artificially split from a single project, quotation, or invoice for the purpose of gaining additional entries. Dale Bathrooms reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether multiple orders form part of the same project or have been divided to circumvent these terms. Where orders are deemed connected (including but not limited to same customer, delivery address, or project), only one entry may be awarded.

The prizes available are as follows:

• First prize: Cashback equal to the value of the winning order, up to a maximum of £2,500.

• Second prize: Cashback equal to the value of the winning order, up to a maximum of £1,500.

• Third prize: Cashback equal to the value of the winning order, up to a maximum of £1,000.

Cashback will be awarded to the winning customers only and will not exceed the value of the relevant winning order or the stated maximum prize cap, whichever is lower.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a fair and verifiable process.

Each customer may win a maximum of one (1) prize. Where a customer has multiple entries selected, only the highest-value prize will be awarded, and additional entries will be redrawn.

Any orders that are cancelled, refunded (in full or in part), or materially altered prior to completion will be deemed ineligible and any associated entries may be voided.

By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that, if selected as a winner, their surname and general location (e.g. town or county) may be disclosed or published by Dale Bathrooms for the purposes of administering the promotion and demonstrating that a valid award took place, in line with applicable advertising guidance.

Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including photography and/or video content for use in Dale Bathrooms’ marketing materials, website, and social media channels. Where additional personal data (including images or video) is to be used, explicit consent will be requested from the winner prior to use. Participation in such publicity is voluntary and does not affect the winner’s right to receive their prize.

Dale Bathrooms reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim entries or prizes where there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage, and to amend or withdraw the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
