Showroom Sign In & Customer Survey Prize Draws

When visiting the showroom make sure to sign in or complete a survey to be in with a chance to win!

When you sign in to the showroom you will be automatically entered in to our monthly prize draw. 

We may also send out a request to complete a survey or provide a review and by doing this will entitle you to an additional entry in to the monthly prize draw.

Some of the types of satisfaction surveys we send out may include:

  • How was your visit to our showroom

  • How was your new bathroom install experience

This is a monthly prize draw. You will enter the draw for the same month you answered a survey or used our signed in form. If you complete the survey in June, then you’ll be in the June prize draw. We will contact the winners the week after each month ends.

Everyone who replies will be entered into the draw – whether you were happy or unhappy with the service. We use all your answers, including negative feedback, as opportunities to improve.

Terms & Conditions

  1. All visitors and customers who sign in when visiting the showroom or who complete a survey or provide a review will automatically be included in the draw.
  2. One prize per household will be awarded.
  3. The following prize is available: KONNEX Bluetooth LED Mirror.
  4. Visitors must have signed in to be eligible for the monthly draw.
  5. Only current Dale Bathroom customers and visitors who signed in will enter the draw. 
  6. Dale Bathroom employees are excluded.
  7. The draw for the prize winners will be made during the first week of each month for those satisfaction surveys completed in the preceding month. Prize winners will be notified within a week of the date of the draw. We will ask winners to allow promotional photographs to be published on line with data protection.
  8. The prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. They are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  9. Dale Bathrooms accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
